Father’s Day Gift Ideas
If your dad is a golfer, Father’s day is a great time for a golf gift as it sits smack dab right in the middle of the golf season. Middle you question? Well a truly avid golfer will start playing in March or earlier if or when the weather breaks. So while some of us think Spring is just winding down and Summer is beginning, the golfers have been outdoors for months.
The most difficult decision you have when deciding on what gift to give is whether you want to give him something he can use on the course or whether you want to give him a golf themed gift to customize his office. If you want to give your special dad a gift for the course, there are tons of ideas. First if he has a favorite animal you may want to look at our animal headcovers. These well made headcovers are tons of fun and built to protect his clubs. Of course if he’s a bit more conservative in what he has in his bag, you can find more ‘normal’ headcovers too.
You can’t predict the weather (even if your local weatherman thinks he can) but you can be prepared for it. A golf umbrella is always a gift he’ll enjoy - and no more so than when he gets stuck in a sudden downpour. Or perhaps you’ll want to give him a golf trunk organizer filled with some great items like Shoe Renew and a Golfer’s 1st Aid kit. Serious golfer’s want the extra edge provided by the sweet spot golf ball marker or even a golf gps unit.
More decorative but certainly prized possessions include an executive putter’s set, or a ‘Golfing at St. Andrews’ imported beer tankard. Even a picture frame makes a great father’s day gift.
On the funny side, there is always our Incred-a-ball remote controlled golf ball which is sure to produce gaggles of giggles when he shows it to his friends. Perhaps a game of Golf Monopoly or Box of Golf is something he’ll treasure for years.
No matter what the gift, when you consider his passion for golf in your gift selection, it’s sure to be a winner. Visit our golf gift home page for many more gift ideas.
