When Will I Get My Order?

The most commonly asked question we get is when will my order arrive? We know you are anxious to get your order contents and may have purchased items as a gift for someone else and want to be sure it arrives promptly.

When you successfully place an order, you will get an order notification. We do also and your order is placed into our order fulfillment process. For orders placed ground shipment, our order fulfillment process may take 1 - 3 business days. If personalization is required, assume 2 - 4 business days. Then shipment occurs via UPS or USPS dempending on the item ordered.

Actual transit time runs 3 - 5 business days for ground. This time is additive to the order fulfillment time. So the total time will typically run a week to a week and a half. Orders placed near a holiday, may take longer.

Finally, furniture orders take longer for delivery. We ship factory direct from Toronto and rush delivery options are not available.

RUSH ORDERS

Need it soon? Order 2-Day Delivery by Noon Eastern time and we will get most orders out the same day (excludes personalized items). Then you can assume it will arrive in 2 business days. So if you order Monday before our cutoff, your order can arrive by Wednesday early evening. Order on Friday after cutoff, and the item will also arrive Wednessday early evening. Please pay attention to this cutoff point.

Chocolate Orders

Because chocolate requires extra care, we cold pack your order for free and then ship it via USPS Priority which is a 2 - 3 business day delivery time frame. We ship Monday - Wednesday so your chocolate does not sit over a weekend in unfavorable storage conditions. So if you order chocolate on Wednesday after our cut off point, it will not ship until Monday for most locations and arrive sometime on Wednesday.

Year End Inventory

We will be conducting physical inventory during the week of December 26th, 2005. Orders placed during this period may take extra time to get filled and out the door. We appreciate your patience!
